FRANdata Events Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering for or attending any event organised by FRANdata. Your registration and attendance at the event indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Registration and Attendance:

• All attendees must register for the event through the provided registration process.
• Registration may be subject to availability, and the organisers reserve the right to refuse registration or entry to any individual.

Payment:

• Payment for event registration must be made in full prior to the event.
• Refunds will only be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy outlined below.

Attendance Policy:

• Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event.
• The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or behaves inappropriately, without refund.

Program Changes:

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including speakers, schedule, and content, without prior notice.
• Efforts will be made to notify attendees of any significant changes to the program.

Special Dietary Requirements

• Special dietary and physical requirements will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please contact the events team with your specifications.

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights related to the event, including presentations, materials, and recordings, belong to the organisers or respective rights holders.
• Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share event materials without prior written consent from the organisers.

Liability:

• Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and should take appropriate precautions to safeguard them.

Photography and Recording:

• By attending the event, attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
• Unauthorised photography, recording, or live streaming of the event is prohibited.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the organisers no later than 14 days prior to the event
  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Force Majeure:

• The organisers are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By registering for or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for, or attend the event.
