Available to qualifying Australian franchises.
The Registry is an industry-led initiative designed to assist prospective franchisees, and other observers of the sector, identify those franchise systems that have met the transparency and compliance requirements of the Registry.
Inclusion on the Registry
Registered brands have satisfied the Registry that they are operating as a genuine franchise brand through the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the registry together with the provision of their current year Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement.
Registration may also be provided, at the Registrar’s discretion, to brands where sufficient publicly accessible information is available to support their inclusion.
Data collected from registered franchise systems is kept confidential, but may be aggregated and provided to Government and other regulatory bodies to assist in the development and administration of the Australian franchise sector.
